Refund and cancellation rules for CodersNexus digital products, software licenses, subscriptions, app access, and extension access.

Refund Window

Refund requests may be submitted within 10 days from the date of purchase.

Refund eligibility depends on product access, usage, download status, license activation, subscription status, and the reason for the request.

Digital Product Refunds

Because CodersNexus sells digital products and license-based access, refunds may be declined if the product has been downloaded, substantially used, misused, or if the license key has been shared or abused.

If a product is technically defective and we cannot provide a reasonable fix or access support, we will review the refund request within the 10-day window.

Subscriptions and Cancellations

Users may cancel an active subscription or license plan at any time, where cancellation is supported for that product.

Cancellation generally stops future access renewal. Existing access may remain active until the paid license duration expires unless the product terms state otherwise or misuse is detected.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email digitechsapphire@gmail.com with your registered email address, product name, order/invoice details, payment date, and reason for the refund.

Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method where possible. Refund timelines depend on Razorpay, banks, and payment providers.

Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds may not be available for incorrect purchases caused by user error, compatibility issues that were clearly disclosed before purchase, expired refund windows, violation of terms, or fully consumed services.
